I am no stranger to colonics, I have been to a few different locations all around Toronto (beaches etc.) Gravity Colonics is BY FAR the best experience I have had with colonics to date. I had found G.C. by coincidence on Avenue as it is located just above The Rosedale Animal Hospital/boutique. Although it is by appointment only she was able to fit me in within 24 hours.  After a quick talk going over any illnesses etc. she gave me a tour- there is also an infrared sauna available for use. Natasha talked to me and explained every step she was doing throughout the actual colonic. It was very relaxing (and colonics are not usually THAT relaxing for me). She massaged my stomach throughout (that part is optional). However- I would really recommend it as I believe when they know to do it makes a big difference and Natasha definitely knew what to do. She actually told me a lot about my colon I didn't know- referencing and recommending informative books to read (I'm into that stuff). I left feeling absolutely amazing. My vision was noticeably clearer and I didn't feel like I needed to run to the bathroom either. I normally feel restless and exhausted but after my colonic with Natasha I felt relaxed and recharged. The next morning I felt amazing too, literally an amazing experience all around. Not to mention the perk of infrared sauna which makes for an amazing detox. I'll be making an appointment for the sauna next and making another appointment with natasha in a week!

Gravity Colonics provides the most comfortable colonic and infrared sauna experience! Natasha is highly knowledgeable, personable and takes her time with clients. She helped me further understand digestion and food combining and recommended some great books. Highly recommended for comfort,
cleanliness and results!

I have had nothing but the best experience at Gravity. The facility is lovely and very clean. Infrared sauna is amazing and very private with a great shower facility. Natasha is an excellent colon therapist. The best I have experienced in the city by far, she uses hot towels and amazing essential oils in her treatments, great added touch. . I look forward to going back! Highly recommend.
